Tokyo-based rigger, kinbaku photographer and editor / publisher of Kinbaku Magazine Roca. Studio Roca describes him as the operator of the Tokyo-based studio dedicated to editing and publishing Roca. Discover Kinbaku's 2023 Japan report describes Kitaro as a young Japanese student of Naka Akira for rope and Erisa Sato for photography, making Roca through concept, photography, layout, print and fulfillment. KSB Magazine #15 featured him as a Japanese rigger / photographer and publisher of Roca; Yugen Studio / Rope Tales later presented him with Erisa Satoh in a 2025 online class on contemporary kinbaku photography culture in Japan.
